Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan in summer 2026.

Zakia, an international studies and political science major graduating in 2026, earned this competitive opportunity through her commitment to public service, global engagement, and policy leadership. The PPIA Fellowship will provide intensive graduate‑level training, mentorship, and professional development, preparing her to continue her work advancing equity and social change.
